Built for working officers and investigators who use or supervise these technologies, the course covers the constitutional implications of each.
The course is organized around four lessons. An introduction that frames the aggregation issue that runs through all three technologies. Drones, with the height-and-duration analysis. LPRs, with the pre-Carpenter and post-Carpenter analysis. And pole cameras, with the doctrinal split and the duration factor.
